Kings Media Group provides digital marketing services, advertising management, lead generation, CRM setup, automation, consulting, and related services for businesses. Service details, pricing, and deliverables are outlined in your signed agreement or onboarding documentation.
3. Payments, Billing & Refunds
All payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in your agreement.
Campaign budgets are paid directly to advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
Service fees are non-refundable unless specified in writing.
Pausing or canceling services requires written notice.
Any completed work, setup, automations, or ad creative prior to cancellation remains the property of Kings Media Group.
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in suspension of services.
4. Lead Generation Disclaimer
We provide marketing services designed to increase visibility, inquiries, and lead volume.
However:
We do not control how leads respond
We do not guarantee closing of leads
Lead quality and performance may vary by industry and location
Client follow-up and sales performance directly impact results
Clients are responsible for contacting, nurturing, and closing leads.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, funnels, automation workflows, scripts, ads, branding, systems, and strategies created by Kings Media Group remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may not copy, resell, or distribute our materials without written approval.
6. SMS & Email Communications
By submitting your phone number or email on any Kings Media Group form, booking page, or contact page, you consent to receive:
Appointment reminders
Service updates
Promotional offers
Follow-up messages
Message & data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to SMS messages or clicking Unsubscribe in emails.
7. Limitation of Liability
Kings Media Group is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Decline in business performance
Missed leads
Platform outages (Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Client errors in follow-up or sales processes
Our maximum liability, if ever applicable, is limited to the amount paid to Kings Media Group for services in the previous 30 days.
8. No Warranty
We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or specific performance results. Marketing results vary based on market conditions, ad spend, competition, and client follow-up.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pinellas County, Florida.
